We have recently restructured and have created a new post. We are looking for someone to work alongside our Strategic Director to continue to deliver an essential service in the Northeast to a large but very overlooked client group. We have a small but experienced staff team, and the service manager will support them.
This will require a knowledgeable manager who is experienced, organised and able to ensure that performance, HR, budget management, impact recording/reporting, communications and everything else associated with delivering the crucial work of our charity is managed to the highest standard. D/deaf awareness training will be provided if required.
This post will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
