Nobody have to pay to have interpreter at Dentist or Optician

Eyeball and sight chartSome people confused about interpreter at opticians or dentists.  We contacted CCG who gave clear information. They said that nobody pay to have interpreter for opticians or dentist.

The CCG have contract with one interpreter agency, if you use that agency then there will be no fee.

Dentist with equipmentYour Opticians or Dentist can book an interpreter for you – please remember some of your preferred interpreters may not work for the agency but you can ask to see if the agency can book your preferred interpreters. See the list Click here
